Anthony’s areas of expertise include Leadership Coaching & Development, Organizational Design, Managing Organizational Change, Leadership Alignment, Recruitment & Selection, Creating Performance Management Systems, Employee Assessment, Employee Engagement Interventions, Employee & Labour Relations, and Workplace Investigations.
Understanding that attracting, retaining and engaging competent employees provides organizations with a competitive advantage, Anthony works diligently with leadership teams to introduce proven strategies and systems that create results oriented cultures.
Strategic cultural change and leadership coaching interventions are currently underway with globally recognized organizations such as WorleyParsons and Evonik Industries. Similar initiatives and support to smaller organizations that require third party support from a senior HR Practitioner are also ongoing.
Prior to founding Integral HR Solutions Inc. (2006), Anthony spent over 20 years working in Corporate Canada holding senior roles with Russel Metals Inc. and Kmart Canada Ltd. With Russel Metals, Anthony played a key role in a number of significant Mergers & Acquisitions that facilitated profitable organizational growth from $1 billion to $3.5 billion (annually). Providing strategic support and leadership counsel to management teams within Russel Metals network of 75 North American wide production facilities allowed Anthony to develop a thorough understanding of the challenges leaders and organizations face on a daily basis. With Russel Metals, Anthony was also accountable for the firms Health & Safety performance throughout North America.
As Director Human Resources, Kmart Canada Anthony provided strategic support to management teams within 130 retail facilities (14,000 employees) across Canada.
After graduating with a 3 year Diploma in Business Administration at Lambton College, Anthony went on to pursue a Degree in Administrative Studies majoring in Human Resources Management at York University (Atkinson College). Anthony has participated in numerous continuing education initiatives obtaining a Certificate in Labour Relations from Queens University. Anthony has held a CHRL designation for the past 20 years.
In 2012 Anthony accepted an Honorary Degree in Applied Studies from Humber College. The degree was recognition for his ongoing commitment to the HR profession along with his contribution to developing the HR degree program at Humber College.
